After a disappointing race at VIR, the team with a rebuilt race car and renewed passion was looking forward to a podium finish. Free practice was a disaster, with 8 minutes on the clock the session was haulted with a red flag, due to an incident on track, by the time the track was cleared the session was over due to time elapsed.
