What is Direct Injection?
Direct injection is the latest evolution of fuel delivery to maximise engine performance with reduced fuel consumption and reduction in exhaust emissions. Traditional engines spray fuel upstream from the combustion chamber, mixing the fuel with air before it enters the chamber. Direct injection delivers fuel directly into the combustion chamber at a very high pressure, low volume and very short duration. This enables the engine to make significantly more power with reduced fuel consumption and reduced exhaust emissions.
The negative impact of direct injection is that these engines are prone to carbon accumulation that significantly impact performance and fuel economy. This is primarily due to the design of Direct Injection being fuel delivery at a very low volume and short duration directly in to the combustion chamber. The usage of chemical additives is necessary to combat this problem, if left unattended can lead to several thousands of dollars in repair costs!

The process
Our process of creating a quality additive starts with the science of Coal Liquefaction or Coal to Liquid Technology (CTL). CTL is the process of converting Coal into an ultra clean zero-sulphur synthetic base fuel. This process was invented by Franz Fischer and Hans Tropsch in the 1920s and is commonly referred to as the Fischer-Tropsch process.
Each Bluechem formulation starts off by using CTL technology to create an ultra-clean synthetic base. Then special cleaning and lubrication additives are added to break down contaminants and debris into Nano sized particles. Products are then sent to globally recognized independent laboratories and tested to the most exhaustive and stringent standards.
The result is a highly advanced, highly effective product that provides superior cleaning and lubricating properties without any harmful effects on today’s modern engines, that’s the science behind Bluechem!

Made in Germany – Premium Quality and Precision
Products “Made in Germany” are internationally recognized as functional, precise and of premium quality. This applies especially to products for the automotive industry. Bluechem was the first chemical company in Germany whose products have been awarded the Certificate “Made in Germany”.
The accreditation for proof of origin declares that at least 50% of the manufacturing process has been performed in the country of origin. The inspection and accreditation by TÜV Nord Cert GmbH revealed that more than 70% of the raw materials, blending and packaging are performed
in Germany. With these results, Bluechem sets itself apart from other German automotive chemical manufacturers. The certificate is valid for five years and annual inspections are performed by TÜV Nord Cert GmbH following specific official criteria.

TÜV provides testing and certification for product quality and effectiveness based on internationally recognized (ISO) official procedures. Products that have passed the strict testing criteria are issued TÜV-Certificates.
Our products undergo the rigorous TÜV certification which we believe promotes long term consumer confidence and loyalty.
- A globally recognized independent testing organization, that works to validate the safety and effectiveness of products, to protect humans and the environment against hazards.
- TÜV standards are higher and are above and beyond the house- hold names of UL (Underwriters’ Laboratories) and CSA (Canadian Standards Association)testing and certifying every- thing from household to commercial and industrial products and services.
- TÜV is also responsible for administering the theoretical and practical driver’s license tests – similar to Ontario’s MTO or BC’s ICBC etc.
